Free underground parking
Come in from Imperial Avenue and park underneath the Aqua Complex — no meters, no circling for a spot. Our door is on the Imperial Avenue side, between Butter Bodega and Rev It Up Pizza.

Make an evening of it
We're a few steps from the water, so most people don't just grab and go. Dinner along Marine Parade, a walk on the foreshore, then gelato on the way back to the car.
- The Broadwater foreshore — flat, sheltered and lit in the evening, right outside.
- Charis Seafoods pelican feed — daily at 1.30pm on Marine Parade in Labrador; free to watch.
- Len Fox Park — a short stroll along the water, good for the kids.
- Butter Bodega & Rev It Up Pizza — our neighbours, if you want something savoury first.
